Meet "Neil, the Little Explorer",
an app-connected, interactive and educational smart toy for children between 3 and 8 years old. He comes in the shape of a little astronaut accompanied by his Planet, a docking station in the shape of a hemisphere. His mission is to funducate kids in a fun and engaging way and help parents track their kid's interests and talents.
Neil’s philosophy and functionality is based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligences (“Frames of Mind”, Gardner H. 1983, Harvard University).
His "ecosystem" substance is consisted of three vital Elements. 1) Smart Toy (Hardware), 2) Kid’s Applications (Software), 3) Parent’s App (Software), that serve the purposes of education, entertainment and tracking.
Neil is actually doing this through exploitation of content beautifully spread, ready to exploit and interact with in four colors (red, green, blue, yellow) - planet divisions, standing for the following intelligences: a) musical-rhythmic, b) visual-spatial, c) verbal-linguistic, d) logical-mathematical.
Each interaction is important during the kid’s beautiful journey, exploring the world, accompanied by his buddy Neil.
